Accessibility Statement

Canmove wants everyone to be able to book a move, find a provider, and manage their account, including people who use assistive technology.

Our Commitment

We work to make canmove.io conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech, or cognitive disabilities.

What We Do

  • Test pages with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard checks.
  • Maintain text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
  • Provide labels for form fields, text alternatives for meaningful images, and a skip link to bypass repeated navigation.
  • Review new features for accessibility before they are released.

Known Limitations

Some content is provided by third parties, such as maps, payment forms, and review widgets. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we cannot fully control their content. If any part of the site is difficult to use, please contact us and we will help you complete your booking another way.

Feedback and Assistance

If you run into an accessibility barrier on canmove.io, or need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we will respond as soon as we can.
